The Consulting Network Announces
Strategic Merger with Global Impact

After 22 years of service, The Consulting Network (TCN) has merged with Global Impact to form a new consulting group. Beginning on July 1, 2012, the Global Impact Consulting Network will offer an expanded range of corporate consulting services for the design and execution of corporate contributions programs, community relations strategies, and employee engagement and social responsibility programs with increased capacity and resources. In addition, TCN and Global Impact will provide services and solutions for major social causes by creating strategic philanthropic investment opportunities, coalitions, partnerships and joint ventures between private enterprise and nonprofit organizations.
 
Global Impact and TCN provide more than 80 years of combined experience working with hundreds of the world's most admired companies and major charities.  The merger will expand TCN's role and range of services to help companies be more responsive to the social causes challenging their employees, communities and business environments. Global Impact provides the additional expertise, talent and access to take what has been created by the TCN team to the next level, especially as corporations and nonprofit organizations respond to new Community and Social Responsibility platforms.
